Hello, nice to have you here.

If your goal is to optimize your chances of getting pregnant, then you’ve come to the right place.

Unfulfilled desire for children

There can be various reasons why there are difficulties in getting pregnant, and all of them must be considered. Often, the focus of the medical history is on physical health and neglects other areas that are just as important and can have a major impact on success rates.

Before we delve into these other areas, let’s review physical health again.

1. Physical health problems

Health problems on a physical level can include poor ovarian function, blocked fallopian tubes, endometriosis, as well as hormonal imbalances, autoimmune diseases, metabolic disorders, and other medical problems that can negatively affect fertility.

In addition, up to 40 percent of infertility problems can be attributed to a male factor.

2. Emotional health

In addition to physical health, it is equally important to pay attention to mental and emotional health on the path to a successful pregnancy. Frustration, stress, anxiety, and other mental health issues can be very harmful and must be addressed.

However, it should also be noted that various studies have shown that stress per se is not the sole reason for a lack of pregnancy. It can have an impact, but the common assumption that too much stress is a complete blockage is largely disproven based on the latest research.

3. Epigenetics - latest research

In the latest scientific research, the field of epigenetics has come to the forefront of investigations into the issue of infertility. This is an area that is often neglected or has received very little attention so far. However, as we think and scientific literature shows, this is entirely unjustified. Studies have shown that we carry more “inherited problems” with us than we assume.

Decades of research at leading universities such as Oxford, Harvard, MIT, and Stanford show that our parents, grandparents, and ancestors not only pass on what we widely refer to as genes (e.g., hair color, eye color, etc.) but also, to a certain extent, their life circumstances, personal and traumatic experiences, limitations, fears, and acquired conditioning.

Many of these imprints affect our lives and our descendants through our genes.

Scientists have shown that experiences can cause cells to turn off a gene or increase its activity by turning it on. This sometimes happens permanently and over generations. Genes are switched on and off. This scientific research is called epigenetics.

Energy medicine - the information in our genes

In the field of information and energy medicine, the energetic turning on and off of genes has been practiced for a long time. Many indigenous people have also long been aware of these insights and incorporate them into their medicine.

What is surprising is that it is now known that genes that unconsciously block and hold us back can be energetically deactivated. Specifically, an underlying invisible imprint that a person has inherited from their ancestors can be part of the fertility blockade.

Get pregnant successfully

To successfully become pregnant, it is important in modern medicine to consider, among other things:
